This product series includes heated and non-heated stainless-steel drinking troughs for cattle. Primarily deployed in large-scale livestock farms, they effectively resolve common winter-time issues such as water freezing and overly cold drinking water, ensuring safe round-the-clock water access for dairy cows and calves.
The heated drinking trough adopts a safe low-voltage heating design of 24V/36V, paired with an intelligent temperature-control system for precise temperature regulation. Water temperature for standard adult-cow troughs remains constant at 10-15℃. For the special-purpose calf trough (1500×400×200 mm), water temperature is maintained within 20-25℃, satisfying both human-animal safety requirements and farming production needs.
The trough body features a double-layer stainless-steel thermal-insulation structure. The inner tank is made of S304 stainless-steel plate; the outer shell is high-purity stainless steel, with high-density polyurethane foam filled in-between for outstanding thermal insulation performance, preventing water from freezing in winter.
Equipped with an all-in-one stainless-steel float valve for automatic water control, the unit achieves accurate water shut-off and prevents water overflow. The drain outlet is fitted with anti-freeze rubber plugs to avoid pipeline freeze-cracking and blockages.
The electrical system is fitted with two-level leakage protection, together with copper-core toroidal transformers and well-known brand temperature controllers and electrical components for stable and secure operation.
All corners of the complete unit are rounded and polished to eliminate scratching risks. Reasonable drainage slope is reserved on the trough body. With standardized pipeline and electrical layout, the equipment is stably installed and long-lasting. It adapts to the harsh operating conditions on farms and guarantees reliable water-supply performance.
