Military grade material
The main body is welded with Q235B carbon steel and chromium manganese alloy, and undergoes overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment (zinc layer ≥ 0.8mm). It has passed the GB/T 13912-2002 anti-corrosion certification, ensuring 20 years of rust free treatment. The column is made of 50 × 50 × 3mm square tube, and the movable rod is a φ 42mm round tube, with an impact strength of 4.8 level bolt standard.

Intelligent self-locking system
The dual opening mechanical lock design supports whole row or individual locking, and can be operated by rotating 90 °. After the cow head touches the activity rod, it automatically triggers the lock to prevent it from breaking free during treatment. Tilted installation (with the lower horizontal bar tilted 50cm inward) avoids the risk of back clamping and improves feeding comfort.

Bolt connection replaces traditional welding, equipped with galvanized process holes and detachable clamps, supporting quick assembly. Compatible with 3-6 meter span cowsheds, with embedded column center distance error controlled within ± 10mm.
